Job summary

Yahoo's HR PMO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end HR programs across M&A, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR projects. You will own complex portfolios, manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive communications with clarity and speed.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in program management, proven M&A delivery, executive-level advisory experience, and a track record embedding AI tools into workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale HR initiatives or enterprise transformations.
• Proven track record leading people-side M&A activities end-to-end.
• Executive presence with VP+ level advising and governance experience.
• Deep experience with project/portfolio methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and enterprise tools.
• Experience embedding AI tools into daily workflows and ensuring data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own a complex HR program portfolio across M&A, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, manage risks, dependencies, milestones and decisions.
• Drive governance: documentation, logs, status updates and stakeholder communications.
• Lead M&A project delivery including due diligence, integration planning, and Day 1 readiness.
• Use AI tools to draft synthesis, status reporting, and executive updates; enable faster delivery.
