Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the HR PMO to drive complex program portfolios spanning M&A, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR projects.

You will deliver governance, executive updates, and Day 1 readiness while leveraging AI tools to accelerate synthesis and reporting. You will partner with Legal, Finance, and HR leadership to manage sensitive timelines, build an M&A playbook, and secure rapid decisions at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale HR initiatives or enterprise transformations.
• Proven track record leading people-side M&A activities end-to-end, including due diligence and integration.
• Executive presence with experience advising VP+ leaders and driving governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR programs across M&A, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Maintain a current view of portfolio health: risks, dependencies, milestones, and decisions; communicate it to executives.
• Structure ambiguous work into clear plans with defined scope and success criteria.
