Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as the local delivery expert of the global HR strategy for data center accounts. You will partner with business leadership, manage 1–2 direct reports, and drive HR processes across onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions while shaping an inclusive employee experience.

In this role you will navigate a matrixed, geographically distributed organization, advise stakeholders, and lead strategic HR initiatives

Formación

• 7+ years HR experience.
• Experience in Data Centers industry.
• Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HR, business admin or related).
• Experience in matrixed, geographically distributed organizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as local HR partner for the account and coordinate with business leadership.
• Manage 1–2 direct reports and provide escalation guidance and career development.
• Support complex accounts with on‑account HR strategy and execution.
• Anticipate opportunities/issues and craft sustainable, innovative solutions.
• Enable exceptional employee experience across onboarding, performance reviews and promotions.
• Foster inclusion and belonging and build trust with employees and People Partners.
• Lead or participate in time-sensitive projects impacting business results.
