Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Chicago, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta is seeking a Recruiter for Data Centers to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume skilled trades roles. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to refine job specifications, develop talent pipelines, source candidates, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in the local JLL office per week and offers a competitive 70,000–90,000 USD annual base

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruiting.
• Experience supporting operations and high-volume recruitment for skilled trades roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Workday is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, advising, negotiating, offering, and marketing JLL's attributes.
• Create and execute recruitment plans for leadership, professional, skilled trades, and engineering roles on assigned accounts.
• Maintain a high requisition load while managing the complete recruitment cycle, including proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners such as veteran associations, technical schools, local organizations, and other key recruiting contacts.
• Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify job specifications, refine recruitment activities, and modify job descriptions as needed.
