You will set objectives, scope, and delivery strategies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires 15+ years in project management for data centers, deep expertise in MEP coordination, power and cooling systems, and a proven ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience with large, data center campus builds.
• Experience coordinating utility infrastructure, power, cooling and site-wide MEP.
• Led multi-building data center developments from design through handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers delivering large-scale data center campus builds.
• Define objectives, scope and deliverables for complex programs.
• Develop strategies and methodologies for multi-phase data center projects.
• Oversee timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
