You will partner with business leaders, manage employee relations, and contribute to an inclusive workplace across multiple sites. The position requires strong HR experience, collaboration skills, and the ability to drive

Competenze

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management).
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline.
• Experience working in a remote, matrixed, distributed organization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
