Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management).
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline.
• Experience working in a remote, matrixed, distributed organization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s HR strategy, aligning with local policies.
• Proactively address opportunities or issues to reach sustainable solutions.
• Enhance the employee experience across onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions.
• Consult business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support.
• Build trust with employees and managers as the primary HR touchpoint.
• Execute HR tasks to drive efficiencies in the employee lifecycle.
