Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Recruiter to partner with clients and HR to attract top talent for high-volume skilled trades roles. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to offer, and collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and strategies.

This role emphasizes relationship-building with external partners and internal stakeholders. Hybrid work with 3+ days in a local JLL office per week; eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruiting.
• Experience supporting operations and high-volume recruitment for skilled trades roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, advising, negotiating, offering, and marketing JLL's attributes.
• Create and execute recruitment plans for leadership, professional, skilled trades, and engineering roles on assigned accounts.
• Maintain a high requisition load and manage the complete recruitment cycle, including proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners and provide monthly recruiting metrics for reporting.
