Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sr. People Experience Partner to enable business and HR priorities with local knowledge. You will partner with leadership and COEs to improve the employee experience and drive HR processes and tasks across accounts.

The role emphasizes leading HR strategy, coaching leaders, and delivering just-in-time projects while fostering a culture of inclusion and trust across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Data Centers industry experience.
• Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, PM).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HR/Business).
• Experience in a matrixed, geographically distributed organization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Transition/expansion/decommission experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen preferred.
• Past people manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy aligning with local policies.
• Manage 1-2 direct reports and provide guidance for career development.
• In a player/coach role, direct on-account HR strategy and execution.
• Proactively identify opportunities or issues and develop sustainable solutions.
• Enhance employee experience through onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions.
• Contribute to an inclusive culture that supports belonging.
