Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a People Experience Partner to support Chicago, Seattle, and Dallas on-site. This role uses business acumen and HR expertise to enable priorities and elevate the employee experience across onboarding, performance, and development.

You will partner with business leadership and HR centers of excellence to deliver tailored Employee Relations guidance, coaching, and program delivery in a distributed, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Human Resources experience of 5+ years.
• Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management, etc).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)
• Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization.
• Skilled team player who can communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring local policies align with Global HR strategy.
• Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address root causes.
• Enable an exceptional employee experience throughout onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions.
• Cultivate relationships with local employees and People Partners to build trust as the primary touchpoint.
• Execute HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle using coordinated handoffs.
