DHL Supply Chain seeks a Sr HR Representative to provide strategic HR counsel to leaders across distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. You will guide staffing, employee relations, investigations, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes partnering with senior management, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring a positive workplace culture with strong data-driven practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required.
• 3+ years of HR experience covering all major HR functions.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change.
• Proven ability to partner with senior management.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people-related matters.
• Serve as advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive initiatives to improve site climate and culture.
• Manage and conduct internal HR investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations and laws.
