Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Sr. HR Representative to provide strategic HR counsel to leaders at distributions centers and regional offices across the country. You’ll deliver guidance, support, and expert advice on people-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead investigations, ensure compliance, coach managers, and drive culture initiatives while partnering with senior leadership. A strong HR background with change management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required
• 3+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major HR functions
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
• Experience leading organizational change deployments
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills across all company levels
• Experience partnering with senior management
• Knowledge of HR metrics and HR systems/databases
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to business managers on people-related matters
• Serve as advocate to hourly and exempt associates
• Drive site climate and culture initiatives
• Manage internal investigations as needed
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws and regulations
• Administer HR audit activities for compliance
• Ensure management is trained in interviewing, hiring, and appraisals
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers
• Manage staffing, succession planning and associate programs
• Implement training and development activities
• Administer compensation and benefits processes
• Administer EOS-related action planning
• Administer performance management systems
• Enter and maintain data in HRMS
