DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr HR Representative to support leaders nationwide, including distribution centers and regional offices. The role involves strategic counsel, advisory services, and strong focus on employee relations, investigations, and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 4 years of work experience.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred; relevant HR certifications are valued.
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change is desired.
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships across all levels of the company.
• Experience partnering with senior management is required.
• Knowledge of HR metrics, HR systems/databases, labor laws and best practices is preferred.
• Experience with investigations, data analytics, onboarding, and training facilitation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people-related matters.
• Advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive initiatives to improve site climate and culture.
• Manage and conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations and laws.
• Oversee HR audits and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Train management on interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, safety, and harassment policies.
• Offer feedback and coaching to managers and engage in active listening.

Formação académica
