Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr HR Representative to provide executive-level HR counsel to leaders at distributions centers and regional offices nationwide. You will support staffing, investigations, training, and compensation processes while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory support, workforce climate initiatives, and partnership with senior management to align business goals with people strategies across sites throughout the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent (4 years) required.
• 3+ years in HR across major HR functions.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading deployment of organizational change.
• Experience partnering with senior management required.
• Knowledge of HR metrics preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices preferred.
• Experience with investigations preferred.
• Experience with data analytics preferred.
• Experience facilitating trainings preferred.
• Experience with onboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR counsel to business leaders across sites nationwide.
• Serve as a counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive initiatives to improve site climate and culture.
• Manage and conduct internal HR investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations and laws.
• Support audit activities for HR compliance.
• Coach managers on interviewing, hiring, performance reviews and safety.
• Support staffing, succession planning and associate programs.
• Oversee training and development activities and monitor effectiveness.
• Administer compensation and benefits processes and employee communications.
• Maintain data in HRMS and related systems.
