DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Representative to support business leaders across the country with strategic counsel and HR services. The role emphasizes teamwork, employee relations, and adherence to HR policies in a fast-paced distribution-center environment.

Responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, staff coaching, investigations, and data administration, with a strong focus on compliance and employee development. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree required or equivalent 4 years experience.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases preferred.
• Experience with data analytics preferred.
• Experience with investigations preferred.
• Experience facilitating trainings preferred.
• Experience with onboarding preferred.

Mansioni

• Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Employee relations and engagement.
• Advocate and counsel hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive initiatives in support of site climate and culture.
• Conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and laws related to HR activities.
• Administration of audit activities for compliance within HR policies and procedures.
• Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, safety, and harassment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers and associates.
• Assist with staffing, succession planning and programs.
• Understand compensation and benefits systems, processes, and communications.
• Administration of EOS process data and actions.
• Enter and maintain data in HRMS system.
• Administration of performance management process.
