Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr. HR Representative to provide outstanding support to business leaders across the country, including distribution centers and regional offices.

You will deliver strategic counsel, nurture strong relationships, and help ensure an outstanding workplace for our associates. Role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years HR experience; PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required.
• 3+ years HR experience across major HR functions.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to partner with senior management and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people-related matters.
• Advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive site climate and culture initiatives.
• Manage internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations and laws.
• Oversee HR audits and policy adherence.
• Train management in interviewing, hiring, performance reviews and safety.
• Coach managers, listen actively and ask clarifying questions.
• Manage staffing, succession planning and associate programs.
• Lead training and development activities and monitor effectiveness.
• Administer compensation and benefits systems and communications.
• Maintain HRMS data accuracy.
