Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent (4 years) required.
• 3+ years of HR experience across major HR functions.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the company.
• Experience partnering with senior management required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on HR matters.
• Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive initiatives to improve site climate and culture.
• Manage and conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations.
• Ensure administration of audits for HR policy compliance.
• Train management in interviewing, hiring, termination, performance reviews, safety, and harassment topics.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers and actively listen to associates.
• Oversee staffing, succession planning and associate programs/processes.
• Implement and manage training and development activities; monitor effectiveness.
• Administer compensation and benefits systems and employee communications.
• Administer annual EOS-related action planning and performance management compliance.
• Enter and maintain data in the HRMS system.

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent

PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
