Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional HR experience with compliance knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR; advanced degree a plus.
• HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) required or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent communication.
• In-depth knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations.
• Excellent written/verbal skills and presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Provides client support on HR matters with wage/hour compliance.
• Manages billable work and tracks/report time; identifies opportunities.
• Serves as main client contact for policy, benefits, and compliance questions.
• Advises management on potential problems and solutions.
• Develops and conducts training content for clients and employees.
• Local travel may be required; performs other duties as assigned.
