OneDigital is seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, onboarding, and programs for diverse client organizations. You will provide expert guidance on compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR technology, with travel as needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s in HR/business, 7+ years HR generalist/leader experience, and ideally PHR/SPHR certification.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader; corporate and consulting preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Solid foundation of HR knowledge and ability to partner with the business.

Responsabilidades

• Provides expert HR counsel and implementation support on a fractional, interim or project basis.
• Designs and administers HR policies, procedures and programs across clients.
• Promotes an employee-oriented, high-performance culture and manages multiple client projects.
