Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an experienced HR client services professional to provide expert guidance on wage and hour, leaves, COBRA, and ERISA compliance for client organizations in the United States. You will analyze HR data, prepare reports, and partner with clients to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities include training clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. Occasional local and overnight travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced degree in business, human resources, or equivalent a plus, but not required.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional HR experience, with focus on employment-related compliance knowledge.
• Certifications related to HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide client support on HR matters and compliance.
• Consult on wage/hour, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and other HR policies.
• Develop and deliver client training content for employees.
• Manage client relationships and report on HR assessments and outcomes.
• Travel locally and potentially overnight as required.
