The Investor's Edge, a 20-year real estate investment education company (Inc. 5000, Top Workplace winner), is hiring a remote Sales Director for evenings and weekends. This W-2 role offers $36K base salary plus uncapped commissions, with current team members averaging $100K-$150K+ annually and top performers reaching $129K+. You'll close high-ticket investment programs via pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls from home, working a rotating schedule (2 out of 3 weekends, 50 hours calendar availability, ~40 actual working hours). We need 2+ years B2C high-ticket phone sales experience, CRM proficiency, and proven success with $3K+ programs. Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

• Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
• You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
• You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.

You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.

When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
