Job summary

The Investor’s Edge is seeking a full-time, 100% remote sales professional to cover evenings and weekends. You will close high-ticket investment programs by phone/Zoom and manage live-transfer calls with a fast 5-minute response time.

Base pay is $36,000 per year with full benefits and uncapped commissions; on-target earnings (OTE) are $129,000+. You’ll document activity in HubSpot/Salesforce and strive for strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C high-ticket phone/Zoom sales.
• Currently in phone-exclusive sales role.
• Proven success with $3K+ programs.
• ≤3 jobs in past 5 years (2 preferred).
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong follow-up capabilities.
• Self-driven and coachable.
• Ethical approach.

Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

• Mon-Thu: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sat-Sun: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
• You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
• You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.

You’ll typically have 25-35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.

When not on a call, your time is flexible - you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
