You will translate clinical and operational needs into Talkdesk CX solutions, drive technical discussions with health system stakeholders, and help accelerate deal cycles while expanding referenceable revenue opportunities.

Qualifications
- 8+ years as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent in software/telecom.
- Healthcare domain experience across providers, payers, or digital health.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with C-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for meetings by researching the prospect's business environment and challenges.
- Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and quantify value.
- Specify Talkdesk solutions aligned to customer needs and capabilities.
- Deliver on-site or virtual presentations showcasing capabilities and value.
- Scope SOWs, pilots, and POCs; respond to RFI/RFP requirements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to feed roadmap with customer feedback.
- Support marketing and demand-gen events as needed.
