Job summary
Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to lead strategic CXA and CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will serve as the primary technical resource during projects, designing and deploying integrations with Epic, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud, and other EHR systems.
You will mentor teams, develop reusable assets, and ensure compliant, secure deployments while maintaining executive-level communications and a strong consultative
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
- 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, with focus on AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment.
- 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems or life sciences CRM solutions such as Veeva Vault or Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions with customers.
- Serve as the primary technical resource during projects, designing and deploying integrations with major Life Sciences CRM/EHR/EMR systems.
- Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Ensure integrations are secure and compliant.
