Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Healthcare Senior Solutions Engineer to align Talkdesk’s AI-powered CX solutions with clinical, operational, and financial KPIs in healthcare orgs. You will lead pre-sales engagements, craft value-driven demonstrations, and guide customers from discovery through post-sale expansion.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years as a Solutions Engineer in software/telecom, deep healthcare regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST), and proven success with healthcare customers and SaaS

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 8+ years as a Solutions Engineer in software/telecom or contact centers.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with healthcare-specific customers and SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
• Map customer requirements to Talkdesk solutions and demonstrate value.
• Design and deliver presentations (on-site or virtual) aligned to customer pains.
• Contribute to SOW scoping for implementations and pilots/POCs.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to incorporate customer feedback.
