Job summary
Talkdesk is seeking a Healthcare Senior Solutions Engineer to bring healthcare-specific expertise to architect, present, and align Talkdesk AI-powered CX solutions with clinical and operational KPIs. You will lead technical discovery, design tailored demonstrations, and drive value discussions with healthcare providers, payers, and digital health customers.
Expect to travel 20–50% and engage in multi-stakeholder environments.
Qualifications
- 8+ years as a Solutions Engineer in software, VOIP/telecommunications, or contact centers.
- Experience with healthcare customers and SaaS in healthcare domains.
- Ability to lead presentations and discussions with C-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to align technology with clinical, operational and financial healthcare KPIs.
- Strong collaboration with healthcare compliance, security and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for meetings by researching the prospect’s environment and challenges.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pains, objectives and needs.
- Specify Talkdesk solutions that fit customer requirements.
- Design and deliver on-site or virtual presentations aligned to customer needs.
- Scope SOWs and pilot programs; respond to RFI/RFP requirements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to incorporate feedback into roadmaps.
- Support marketing and demand generation activities as needed.
