Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to lead CXA and CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences customers, delivering white-glove service and value-driven outcomes. You will drive patient and provider experience improvements while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, design complex integrations with systems like Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud or Veeva Vault, and act as a trusted advisor to executives, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in professional services or IT with AI/automation in SaaS.
• 3+ years Epic integration in healthcare or life sciences CRMs (required).
• Experience with EHR integrations (Cerner, Allscripts, Athenahealth) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, CFR Part 11, CMS guidelines.
• Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic CXA and CCaaS implementations meeting customer use cases.
• Serve as primary technical resource during projects for integrations with Life Sciences CRMs.
• Develop and troubleshoot HL7, FHIR data exchanges.
• Ensure secure, reliable integrations aligned with standards.
• Mentor PS and cross-functional teams on integration delivery.
• Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders for project success.
• Contribute to templates, playbooks, and best practices for deployment.
