Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Healthcare Senior Solutions Engineer who brings deep healthcare knowledge to align clinical, operational, and financial KPIs with Talkdesk AI-powered CX solutions. You will engage in pre-sales, solution architecture, and post-sale expansion, shaping value for healthcare providers, payers, and digital health customers.

Reporting through the sales organization, you will present to C-level and drive pilots, RFP responses, and collaboration with product teams to incorporate

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years as a Solutions Engineer in Software/VOIP/Telecom/CCaaS.
• Ability to present and demonstrate solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem solving and communication of complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research to understand customer business environments and challenges.
• Uncovers customer pains and gathers metrics for pricing and value discussions.
• Specify solutions aligned to customer needs and maintain knowledge of Talkdesk capabilities.
• Deliver on-site and virtual presentations showing Talkdesk's capabilities.
• Scope and pilot customer implementations and POCs.
• Respond to RFI/RFP requirements and map to Talkdesk solutions.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to feed back customer needs.
