Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to lead strategic CXA and CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will act as the primary technical lead, architecting integrations with systems like Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva Vault, and Epic, while guiding cross-functional teams.

You’ll develop complex data exchange workflows (HL7, FHIR), ensure secure and compliant integrations, and mentor PS teams to scale capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or significant technical experience.
3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development with AI or automation in SaaS.
3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare or life sciences CRM solutions (required).
Experience with healthcare or life sciences customers and CRM/EHR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS for healthcare and life sciences customers.
Serve as the primary technical resource during projects, focusing on design, development and deployment of integrations with Life Sciences CRM/EHR/EMR systems (Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva Vault, Epic).
Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes (HL7, FHIR).
Ensure integrations are secure, reliable and compliant with industry standards.
Mentor and train Professional Services and cross-functional teams to enhance integration expertise.
