Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to lead strategic CXA and CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences customers.

You will serve as the primary technical resource on integrations with Epic, Veeva, Salesforce Health/Life Sciences, and other EHR/CRM systems, ensuring secure and compliant data exchanges. You will mentor cross-functional teams, develop templates and playbooks, and collaborate with product/support to align with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development in a SaaS environment.
• 3+ years Epic integration experience within healthcare or life sciences CRM solutions (required).
• Experience with healthcare or life sciences customers and EHR systems (Cerner/Allscripts/eClinicalWorks/Athenahealth) is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic CXA and CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences customers.
• Serve as primary technical resource for client projects, focusing on integrations with Life Sciences CRM/EHR/EMR systems (Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud/Veeva/Epic).
• Develop and troubleshoot HL7, FHIR data exchanges and data workflows.
• Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.
• Mentor teams and develop playbooks/templates to scale integration delivery.
