Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Healthcare Senior Solutions Engineer to drive pre-sales engagement and align Talkdesk AI-powered CX solutions with healthcare providers, payers, and digital health customers.

The role requires deep healthcare workflow knowledge, HIPAA/HITECH/HITRUST familiarity, and the ability to influence C-level discussions while guiding solution architecture across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Solutions Engineer in Software, VOIP/Telecommunications, contact centers, or cloud selling to Commercial or Enterprise customers.
• Healthcare-specific experience with providers, payers, or digital health is required.
• Experience aligning technology solutions to healthcare KPIs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand prospects' business environment, market, customers, and challenges.
• Perform discovery to understand customer needs and required metrics for pricing/value discussions.
• Specify Talkdesk solutions that fit customer needs and stay current with product updates.
• Design and deliver on-site or virtual presentations aligned to customer pains and needs.
• Produce simple value statements showing the financial impact of Talkdesk solutions.
• Assist with scoping SOWs for customer implementations.
• Manage pilots and POCs for customers.
• Respond to functional and technical RFI/RFP requirements and map to Talkdesk capabilities.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to incorporate customer feedback into roadmaps.
• Support marketing and demand-gen activities as needed.
