Job summary
Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS in Seattle to lead strategic CXA and CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will act as the primary technical resource, designing and deploying integrations with Epic, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, and other EHR systems, while mentoring teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant technical experience.
- 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development in SaaS.
- 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience in healthcare or life sciences CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare/life sciences customers.
- Serve as primary technical resource for clients during projects, focusing on integrations with Life Sciences CRM/EHR/EMR systems (Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva Vault, Epic).
- Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes (HL7, FHIR).
- Ensure integrations are secure and compliant with industry/regulatory standards.
- Mentor and train teams to enhance integration expertise across the organization.
