Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist to own and scale the technology infrastructure powering Cobalt’s go-to-market organization. You will manage Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, automation, and data flows across GTM teams.

As a cross-functional contributor, you’ll partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions and leverage AI to boost efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced Salesforce administration experience (Flows, automations, integrations).
• Advanced HubSpot administration (workflows, lifecycle, lead scoring, integrations).
• Experience owning GTM systems across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce and HubSpot admin, integrations, data modeling, and governance.
• Own GTM tech ecosystem, data flows, and integrations across platforms.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to design scalable solutions.
• Design AI-enabled workflows to improve GTM productivity and data quality.
