Job summary
Cobalt is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist to own and scale the technology infrastructure powering its go-to-market organization. You will manage Salesforce, HubSpot, data enrichment, automations, and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and data quality across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or related field in B2B SaaS.
- Advanced Salesforce administration including Flows, automation, permissions, and integrations.
- Advanced HubSpot administration including workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, forms, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, and data flows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Design and maintain data enrichment workflows and AI-enabled GTM processes.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize campaigns, attribution, and funnel measurement.
- Ensure system governance, data quality, and integrated post‑sale data flows.
