Job summary

DigitalOcean seeks a Senior GTM Engineer to own the project work across the Revenue Operations stack, spanning Salesforce, Outreach, Planhat, and CPQ tools. You will implement integrations, automate routing and lifecycle processes, and drive AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering and building GTM/business systems with Salesforce, and two other GTM tool areas.
• Delivery record: end-to-end projects that shipped and kept production running.
• Integration experience with iPaaS tools or APIs, including auth, rate limits, and data sync.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project work across the GTM stack: new tool implementations, integrations, automation, and cross-tool enhancements from design through testing and rollout.
• Handle tier 2 escalations: resolve flow errors, integration failures, data model questions, and cross-system issues with durable fixes.
• Build and maintain integrations and data flows using iPaaS tooling and APIs, ensuring data consistency across Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream tools.
• Build AI-powered workflows: deploy AI agents and LLM-based automation across the stack.
• Do meaningful Salesforce work: complex flows, data model changes, permission architecture, sandbox and release management.
• Contribute to solution design with TPM and senior engineers, evaluating tradeoffs and downstream impacts.
• Coordinate with vendors on implementations, support cases, and POCs.
• Raise the team's bar: document builds and patterns, mentor junior engineers.
