Responsibilities

• Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for Salesforce, Pylon, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Prospect, and related platforms.
• Run adoption programs, license forecasting, and vendor management for GTM systems.
• Co-own Salesforce with another GTM Systems Manager and back up Deal Operations processes.
• Build AI and automation on top of the CRM to keep data clean, current, and trustworthy.
