Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & Process Engineer to design and scale revenue systems. You will own GTM process architecture, Salesforce administration, and AI-enabled automation across a modern revenue tech stack.

The role sits at the intersection of GTM process design, data integrations, and contract lifecycle management, with a remote-friendly setup centered near major U.S. cities. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Systems, Sales Systems, GTM Systems, or Revenue Operations.
• Deep hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a complex B2B sales environment.
• Strong understanding of downstream sales and revenue processes (opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, contracting).
• Experience with CPQ or comparable quoting systems.
• Experience designing or supporting approval workflows and contract lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve complex Salesforce workflows supporting opportunity management, pipeline management, forecasting and quoting.
• Serve as a hands-on Salesforce expert, configuring fields, objects, flows, and validation rules.
• Apply first principles problem solving to diagnose GTM challenges and redesign processes for scale.
• Understand and optimize end-to-end revenue processes from opportunity through invoicing.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
• Design and improve contract lifecycle and approval workflows, including CLM and e-signature integrations.
• Support data integrations across the revenue tech stack and enable AI-enabled automations.
