Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Director, GTM Engineering & Systems Architecture to lead a team of GTM engineers, systems architects, and CRM developers while building agentic systems that power the revenue engine. You will design and ship automation and AI agents that reduce manual work across the Revenue org.

You will own the GTM tech stack, govern CRM/CPQ connections, and ensure data flows from the warehouse to revenue tools. Expect vendor mgmt, evaluating new tech, and a globally scalable platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on AI/GT M tech experience.
• Proven track record shipping production AI agents or LLM-powered systems.
• Experience leading CRM and CPQ platform teams.
• Builds and ships systems personally, not just directing others.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy autonomous agents to automate GTM workflows across Revenue.
• Own how agents connect to the CRM, the data warehouse, and the revenue stack.
• Implement guardrails including human-in-the-loop reviews for critical decisions.
• Stay ahead of agentic AI and translate into Ironclad's next builds.
• Set a multi-year vision for GTM tech stack including forecasting and CPQ.
• Lead CRM and CPQ platform teams and govern data models.
