Job summary
Cobalt is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist to own and scale the technology stack powering our go-to-market team. You will manage Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, automation, and data governance, partnering with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics.
You will tailor the GTM tech ecosystem to enable scalable processes, enrich data, and apply AI to improve efficiency and outcomes across the revenue lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in GTM Systems or related field in B2B SaaS.
- Advanced Salesforce administration with governance and data modeling.
- Advanced HubSpot administration with lifecycle & attribution.
- Proven owner of Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success.
- Experience with data enrichment, governance, and CRM data management.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation.
- Experience applying AI to GTM workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM systems health, integrations and governance.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to translate needs into solutions.
- Design scalable automation with GTM platforms and tools.
- Lead data quality, enrichment, and cross-platform data flows.
- Evaluate AI-enabled workflows for business value.
- Stay current on GTM and AI technologies.
