Job summary

Klaviyo Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior GTM Architect to own the architecture of Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, and CS/support platforms. You will translate GTM strategy into scalable architectures and stay hands-on to build critical components.

You will lead AI-native workflows, design integrations, mentor engineers, and partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and leadership to drive revenue outcomes. This is a high-impact, hands-on role.

Qualifications

Experience designing and building multi-system GTM platforms spanning marketing, sales and CX.
Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations.
Proven ability to translate ambiguous GTM problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end GTM systems architecture: Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, CS/support.
Ship AI agents into production with auditable automation.
Redesign GTM processes around AI, including lead-to-revenue and renewals.
Stay hands-on to ship meaningful code components and set technical bar via code reviews.
Establish data quality and governance standards and build leadership reporting.
