Job summary

Ladders in San Francisco is seeking a GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles, partnering with sales and GTM leadership to shape hiring strategies and execute searches end to end.

You will build pipelines for senior-level talent, assess candidates for sales acumen and technical credibility, and help create a disciplined, high-touch hiring process to scale the commercial team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on sales and go-to-market roles.
• Proven success in closing senior sales hires at high-growth technology companies.
• Strong understanding of sales dynamics, including quotas and commission structures.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines from scratch.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders to define role scopes and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source and engage senior candidates from top AI and tech companies.
• Assess candidates on sales fundamentals and technical credibility.
• Design structured interview processes, including role-plays and case exercises.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and support the organization’s mission.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
