Fragment is seeking a recruiting leader to own GTM hiring, partnering with leadership, and designing systems to attract top enterprise talent in procurement, supply chain, and related roles.

You will map candidates, build pipelines, and move quickly—turning passive interest into offers in days while maintaining a high bar and low ego. This full-time role is based in San Francisco and requires 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth companies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth company, with emphasis on sales/deployments and customer-facing roles
• Experience hiring for enterprise-level roles with tight operational execution
• Proven ability to build top-of-funnel pipelines from scratch and manage searches end-to-end
• Strong outbound selling skills to engage passive candidates and win competitive offers
• Ability to identify great enterprise sellers and assess true performance
• Experience understanding solutions engineers and deployment strategists in enterprise environments

Responsabilités

• Own GTM hiring at Fragment and design scalable recruiting processes
• Partner with leadership to attract top operators and build a compelling talent engine
• Map and pipeline enterprise AEs and deployment strategists for Fortune 500 customers
• Execute sourcing strategies, move candidates quickly, and maintain high interview-to-offer velocity
• Maintain a high bar for candidates and articulate clear choices to the team
