Human Interest is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for Sales, Marketing, CS&O, and leadership roles. You will attract top-tier talent and partner with Revenue leadership to calibrate market trends and hiring strategies.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter and interview intelligence tools to build a strong pipeline, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and drive data-driven improvements in hiring velocity across the org.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record hiring for high-volume sales roles and GTM/Corporate functions.
• Expert sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive headhunting for passive talent.
• Consultative communication and negotiation with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to use data to tell hiring stories and trends.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a scaling startup.
• Remote fluency and ability to work across time zones.

Aufgaben

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Go-To-Market roles including SDRs, AE, leadership, marketing, and operations.
• Lead hiring partner consultations with Revenue leadership and influence talent decisions.
• Build and maintain a robust passive-talent pipeline using sourcing channels.
• Champion candidate experience with transparent communication.
• Track metrics with Greenhouse and interview intelligence tools to drive velocity.
• Lead or participate in TA initiatives like employer branding and DEI sourcing.
