Ladders in San Francisco is seeking a GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles, partnering with sales and GTM leadership to shape hiring strategies and execute searches end to end.

You will build pipelines for senior-level talent, assess candidates for sales acumen and technical credibility, and help create a disciplined, high-touch hiring process to scale the commercial team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on sales and go-to-market roles.
• Proven success in closing senior sales hires at high-growth technology companies.
• Strong understanding of sales dynamics, including quotas and commission structures.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines from scratch.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills with senior leadership.

For our client, we are seeking a GTM Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market positions, partnering closely with sales and GTM leadership to shape hiring strategy and execute searches end to end. You will build pipelines for senior-level talent, evaluate candidates for sales acumen and technical credibility, and help create a disciplined, high-touch hiring process. The position also plays an important role in advancing a mission-driven organization’s ability to scale its commercial team with strong talent.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $220,000 – $275,000 annually
