Human Interest is hiring a Senior GTM Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for Sales and Go-To-Market teams. You will attract top talent from SDRs to leadership, partnering with Revenue leadership to guide strategy and market trends.

You will build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, run offers, and ensure a strong candidate experience while embracing a scaling startup culture and remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record hiring for high-volume sales roles and complex GTM/Corporate functions.
• Expert sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive headhunting.
• Consultative approach with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to use data for hiring trends and challenges.
• Adaptable to scaling startup environments.
• Remote-friendly and self-motivated in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, CS&O, and Leadership.
• Lead hiring partner consultations with Revenue leadership and market guidance.
• Strategic sourcing to maintain a warm talent bench across functions.
• Champion candidate experience and embody company values.
• Track metrics using interview intelligence tools and drive improvements.
• Lead or participate in TA initiatives like DEI sourcing and process optimization.
