PhoenixAI is seeking a hands-on GTM Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise AE, Sales Engineering, and SDR across the Bay Area. You will partner with GTM leadership, shape interview processes, and build a scalable pipeline to meet aggressive hiring goals.

Hybrid role in Menlo Park, CA, with responsibility from intake through offer negotiation, and a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience while maintaining high standards for technical and sales talent.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on GTM/sales hiring in B2B SaaS.
• Startup environment experience, preferably at Series B or similar growth stage.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of filling competitive roles without relying on inbound volume.
• Hands-on with Rippling (or a comparable ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter; able to own scheduling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, partnering with sales/marketing executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building process from scratch.
• Experience recruiting technical field roles (SE/SA) a plus.
• Familiarity with data infrastructure, databases, or AI/ML space a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake to close.
• Partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Build and manage pipelines for competitive GTM roles via sourcing and referrals.
• Recruit GTM tech field roles (SE/SA) with input from technical interviewers.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and candidate experience.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end and coordinate interview processes.
• Lead offers and negotiations, driving to acceptance.
• Track recruiting metrics to inform strategy.
• Refine scalable recruiting processes and tooling.
