Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and scale our GTM teams in New York. You’ll own full-cycle searches from Sales to Partnerships, partnering with GTM leaders and hiring managers, and driving a thoughtful candidate experience.

You’ll run kickoffs, calibrations, and data-driven decisions to optimize time-to-hire and pipeline health, while owning offers and closure for your searches. This role emphasizes autonomy and meticulous execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including GTM roles such as sales, customer success, or account management
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with experience managing several searches at once
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to write compelling outreach
• Ability to work with recruiting data to plan searches and explain trade-offs
• Experience influencing hiring managers and senior leaders with data and clear communication
• Track record of owning searches end to end with minimal oversight
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and improving processes when they aren't working

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and Business Development, from sourcing to close
• Run kickoffs and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define what a strong candidate looks like
• Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, blockers, and recruiting timeline
• Represent Mercury to candidates, sharing our mission, culture, and what it's like to join a growing GTM organization
• Contribute to recruiting processes, tools, and documentation across the team
• Own offer strategy and closing for your searches
