Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for our Sales and Go-To-Market teams in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will attract top-tier talent for SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations, acting as a strategic partner to Revenue leadership.

Maintain a robust pipeline, lead hiring partner consultations, and drive data-driven improvements using Greenhouse and BrightHire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Fintech or SaaS preferred).
• Experience recruiting for GTM roles including SDRs, AEs, and leadership.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, CS&O, and Leadership.
• Lead hiring partner conversations and market trend insights.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for high-attrition or high-growth areas.
• Utilize data to drive hiring velocity and process improvements.
