Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across Sales and GTM, partnering with GTM leaders to translate ambitious hiring plans into real teams. You will map markets, identify top operators, and run a research-driven, full-cycle process that wins strong performers.

You'll combine craft on the front end with execution on the back end, using AI tools and analytics to optimize outreach, candidate experience, and funnel metrics. This role demands high urgency and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales or G&A recruiting in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record identifying top talent and closing strong hires.
• Comfort using AI to research candidates, draft outreach, and surface signals.
• Ability to articulate why a candidate is in the top decile of their cohort.
• Data-savvy with ATS and funnel metrics; willing to challenge managers with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Sales and GTM functions from initial outreach to offer close.
• Map markets, identify operators, and run full-cycle processes with high velocity.
• Calibrate searches, share POVs with hiring managers as artifacts, not just resumes.
• Run thoughtful, personalized outreach grounded in research and candidate context.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Ashby and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Close candidates with competing offers and build a strong closing motion.
• Partner with GTM leaders to translate hiring plans into real teams.
