Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record hiring for high-volume sales and complex GTM/Corporate roles.
• Expert sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive headhunting.
• Consultative approach with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Analytical mindset; uses data to tell a story and drive improvements.
• Adaptive, proactive problem-solver able to scale in a startup.
• Remote-friendly; capable of working across all US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, CS&O, and leadership.
• Act as strategic advisor to Revenue leadership and lead hiring meetings.
• Build and maintain a robust passive-talent pipeline for high-growth areas.
• Champion candidate experience with transparent, inclusive processes.
• Track metrics using Greenhouse and interview intelligence tools to improve velocity.
• Lead or participate in DEI sourcing and employer-branding initiatives.
