Harvey is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations in North America.

You will partner with go-to-market leadership, build high-quality pipelines, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while maintaining speed and candidate experience in a high-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting GTM functions at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong sourcing toolkit and stakeholder management with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Attract and close top talent across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles for North America locations.
• Drive hiring velocity and pipeline quality while advising hiring managers.
• Partner with Recruiting Operations, People Business Partners, and Sales leadership to ensure process rigor and speed.
• Shape Harvey's revenue engine during a period of exceptional growth.
• Manage multiple requisitions with a high-touch candidate experience and aggressive timelines.
